Your visa can be applied for directly at the Ghana Embassy. So, it would seem that this is a scam, fake.
I googled this company, Mendrox, and there are so many other reports about it.

This is such a scam. Just search for Mendrox in the search box above and you’ll find at least 20 people on Yahoo who have been scammed by them
A work permit for Ghana only costs $35 and no travel agency in the world can process work visas. If you have not been asked to apply through the Ghana embassy in your country, the job does not exist.

I’ve answered this many times already, there is no such Mendrox company ro Marvidzs Travel in Ghana, these companies do not exist
Call your country embassy in ghana and ask them to check any offers as most internet job offers are scams to steal your money
